Has anyone out there been involved in field trials of eBook texts and
readers in higher ed teaching and learning?
I'd be interested in any reports, formal or anecdotal, that have come out of
such studies, especially comparing the effectiveness of e-texts to paper
texts, or comparing different eBook reader technologies to each other
(Rocket/Softbook/RCA and Franklin devices; Microsoft Reader on Pocket PCs;
Microsoft Reader or Acrobat eBook Reader on laptops; whatever readers on
