Dear CIO colleagues,
We are seeking to automate our annual collection of information
documenting faculty activities and publications, currently submitted in
paper copy or as MS Word files, in order to more easily update and
maintain a faculty database.
The Academic Software Collaboration at the University of Buffalo
(http://tasc.sdm.buffalo.edu/ ) expects to release a Beta version of their
eCV software in May 2001, which seems to hold promise for our needs.
Is anyone aware of or using any other prepackaged software options that
might perform similar functions?
