I am the Director of Client Services at Eastern Washington University. I am in the
process of evaluating the process we currently have to submit course changes. We
utilize a form called CTF - Course Term File Maintenance Form. This form is submitted
for each change of a course, add a new course section, change, and cancel. In the
beginning of each quarter, the registration office receives an average of 50 forms a
day. These forms are all signed by the deans and forwarded to the registrar's office
for manual input. We are a school of approximately 9000 undergraduate students. Our
administrative system is SCT Plus.

I am very interested in how your college/university handles this service. This
process is resource intensive on the deans as well as the registrar's office.
