We are in the final stages of assessing the existing non-exempt status of
our tier-two support personnel in desktop and network support. Neither
area has required any significant overtime and seems to easily fall under
the FSLA administrative exemption guidelines. To complete our diligence, I
am interested some quick data points in the following areas:
# Are your tier two support staff exempt or non-exempt?
# Does "Technician" appear in the title(s) and/or Job Description(s)?
