We're continuing to provide the basic telephone line, which we are charging
for of course, but we're moving to a model where we won't make long
distance an option. So even though we're not benefitting from long
distance revenue (I have questions about whether we ever were after you
factored in staff time spent generating the reports & perparing bills), we
should still recoup our "infrastructure" investment.
