Yes, we allow forwarding, and yes, we tell students it is
their own risk. We email bill notifications, for example,
and we tell students that failure to receive the bill
notification is no excuse for not paying the bill. Whatever
the reason. Theory is that the bill due dates are posted
everywhere, no one thinks they are going here for free, etc.
