How do you handle "mischief" on the open network? For example, last
year, we had someone post a bomb threat over the Internet from an "open"
machine on campus, and we had no idea who it was because there was no
authentication. We too are setting up guest access, but even as a guest
you will have to authenticate under some procedure, so we at least know
"who" you are. Dick K.

Additionally, please forward copies of your policies, procedures, approval forms, etc. as they relate to this subject.
