At Bastyr University, we used Intranets.com for about a year. I see that
it has now become WebEx WebOffice, and can't comment on any changes that
might have brought about.
From our standpoint, Intranets.com provided the functionality our board
was looking for, was simple and cheap. However, it just never caught on.
Our president's assistant used it to post documents, start discussions,
etc., but the rest of the membership stuck with e-mail. We eventually

I thought the subject line would get your attention!
I have received a request from my president's office to
find a way for trustees to communicate, have documents
online, submit paperwork, etc. via the Internet. Of
course they want it secured. I have thought about using
our CMS for this project, but thought I would see how
others handle this type of request.
Could you please share your ideas or actual experiences on
how you have or would do this?
