fyi, the ACUTA list is also very active on the topic (ref. Emergency
Notification System); both the list archive and member resource library
have excellent, current information. I believe UVM is a member; likely
your telecom folks are already gathering material.
We did quite a bit of research on options last year and recently started
with a limited deployment of Connect-ED. Shannon (also mentioned by
Dinny) has been great in supporting our needs.
