Yes and no. :-) We file each student and employee college email
address and college phone number (room/office) automatically. They are
encouraged to add personal cell numbers and text addresses.
Subscriptions so far have been light - we haven't had a local emergency
to prod them.

We added it to our regular ERP personal data area.
