This is one concern I've had about Connect-Ed and other voice
notification systems. When your incoming voice trunk was full, did it
impact your ability to make outgoing calls? Did it overwhelm the cell
phone networks in your area too?
I'm concerned that by using a voice notification system it will
negatively impact our ability to respond to the emergency we are
notifying people about.
