We have just signed on with Google. We have decided that anyone
wanting to investigate complaints with email will need to handle it
just the way they do now with any other external email provider.
It would have to be a very serious incident for us to go into an
account through a password reset, and we'd only do that with prior
approval from our General Counsel.
