We too send a digested e-mail every day using a system that is
conveniently called "Campus Notices."
We too are concerned that many people don't read them, but no one is
complaining at this time. Our student life people are particularly
interested in reaching the students, but, after many discussions, they
now realize that there's only so much you can do. I personally don't
want the administration to be seen as a spammer.
