Hello Rel,

We at Loyola Marymount University are running Sun Identity Manager since 2006 and our initial phase was implemented to integrate Oracle HR with Sun Identity Manager for auto provisioning and de-provisioning to Active Directory, Sun Directory Server and Exchange for All of our Faculty and Staff Accounts

Currently we are in engagement with CampusEAI Consortium to assist us with the Sun Identity Manager Project, few of the highlights are below -
1). For fixing Production Issues with Active Directory.
2). Integrating Banner with Sun Identity Manager for auto provisioning and de-provisioning to Active Directory, Gmail and Sun Directory Server for All Students.
3). Implement ting Single Identity for Multiple Role User i.e user might be Faculty/Staff and at the same time Active Student too.

Things are developed pretty well with Sun Identity Manager and currently we are under Testing Phase and the system is getting rolled-out sometime in May.

Hello,=20

We are in the evaluation/selection phase of our IdM project and we are look=
ing for thoughts from schools that have implemented either Sun's, Oracle's =
or IBM's solution against Banner. =C2=A0Our intention is to replace several=
home grown systems with this new product to integrate with Banner (HR, Fin=
ancial, and Student) as a primary source and provision out to LDAP, AD and =
NIS. =C2=A0Any insights would be appreciated.=20

Thanks,=20
