The product itself seems solid, but we've had only so-so luck with their support.

Each Procera engineer seems to look at the config made by the prior engineer and express complete astonishment at why they configured it that way. We also had a disastrous firmware update attempt last week. After working with their engineer, we came to find out that the latest firmware requires more RAM than we have, could not use the connections-per-second rule (known bug), and also completely blew up the keepalived on our firewalls.
