Our most commonly fitted shielded 6A is fractions of a millimetre larger OD than the 6. It does however have a larger rated bend radius.

I believe that to be outdated.
cat6 for 50m ideal conditions, 37m w/ xtalk
cat6a for 100m.

Get warranties from your installers and have all of the runs certified.
