Hi IT Communicators,
Many thanks to Lynn Wilson for presenting in today's coffee shop! She
covered data collection (surveys), analysis and communications,
including recent examples from the University of Georgia. The session
was not recorded after all, but Lynn's presentation and talking points,
plus the chat notes, can be found in the wiki:
In May, we'll talk about setting up our back-to-school communications,
then we will recess for the summer months. When we pick up the coffee
shops again in September, Maureen Scoones from Hamilton College and Jeff
Overholtzer from Washington and Lee University will give us a sneak
preview of a pre-conference seminar on communications, analytics and the
stories revealed by collected data.
For May, I need a facilitator to put together some questions and lead
the discussion while I type the notes. Last week, UNF's Alison Cruess
facilitated the discussion on Annual Reports and we would like to return
to that organized discussion format. If you can facilitate the
back-to-school communications discussion on May 10, please let me know.
