Les, we run over a million transactions through self-service Banner online
registration during the months of August and January which is accessed
through the Luminis portal which I believe is version 4.3, definitely not
5. I'd be happy to discuss offline what performance issues you are
seeing. We have found sufficient CPU memory on the Banner server is
critical to good Banner performance overall. We did use Ellucian (was
SGHE then) to help us identify that solution when we were having
performance problems a couple of years ago. Let me know if you want to
