Good afternoon! We have run into an issue with Outlook that has us truly baffled. A couple a weeks ago, Exchange crashed in the middle of the nightly back-up, thus resulting in a ton of corrupt files and us having to replace 4 of our 6 drives (storage issue). Since that time, we have managed to bring everything back, but are having issues with the contacts not auto-filling. What is happening is that the old accounts are not being recognized by the new libraries and the end result is that they get an outlook message that states that either the account delivery is delayed...non-deliberable...or does not exist. One resolution that we have employed is to clear the cache when we get these types of messages...and that seems to work, but we are still having to address this as they occur. Of course, this is causing problems for those who are not on campus...situation in which we have to get to their resident machine and adjust their local db.
At this point, we are using a 3rd party but we are not making the type of progress that is expected by our president.
Thanks', in advance!
