We are curious about how your institution manages the separation of email domains between faculty/employees and students.
Example situation: Person A is both an employee and a student. This same person is terminated from their employment, but remains to be a student.
How do you reconcile the need for this student to retain rights to their email account, against the needs of the administration to "manage" and/or terminate their inbox?
