In our instructional computer and open access labs ITS manages the software. The Print Shop, part of administrative services, manages our vendor and provides both all in one devices, printers, and the maintenance of those devices.
We've moved to the Canon all in one copier, scanners, and fax machines in all high traffic areas.
The Canons are also used across our departmental offices and maintained by the vendor through the Print Shop and all billing is recharged.
Our students can use their one card to issue a print job and pick it up at any location.
Please let me know if we can help in any way.
