If anyone is looking for a competing product with a similar feature set,
at Oregon State we use TimeTrade predominately for this function.
TimeTrade is all cloud based.
I'm happy to answer questions if it would be helpful to anyone.

The company apparently went from selling an $80k on prem solution for scheduling areas like Advising to a new “beta” cloud based solution, only partially complete, at a cost of $3,500 per year. And their old web site is gone, while the new one says “coming soon.” Sounds very suspicious and fishy to me. So I’m interested in what current clients are being told, and what new potential clients are being told.
