In my organization, the central OIT Computer Labs team provides some support to non-OIT departmentally owned computer labs.  We don't have an SLA or any type of formal agreement about what each party should bring to the table.

I'd like to develop internal SLAs with each department.  Do any of you have an actual SLA (or template used) you could share that  describes the relationship of central IT support with regard to departmentally-owned computer labs?
