Hello Kristina,

I can tell you that we have investigated Smartsheet several times and can say they are not accessible to a screen reader. I have personally tested the program and even with the higher level access, Smartsheet is still not accessible.

They do have three staff positions that have had “accessibility” added to their plates. None of the three areepart of the dev team. One is part of the legal department and the other two seem to be Marketing / sales, not sure. Hope this helps.

Best,

Terri Hedgpeth, Ed.D.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been asked to look at Smartsheet from an accessibility standpoint.  I figured I’d check here before I start testing on if anyone has tested Smartsheet before?
