Good afternoon

 

One of colleges is interested in using a live chat application (https://www.purechat.com/) as an additional way of engaging with possible recruits for their graduate programs. They’ve inquired with the company and according to the company,  they are “not compliant with all accessibility standards for visibility and usability”. Has anyone found an accessible option that provides a live chat option for no or relatively low cost?
