Just a friendly reminder to join us tomorrow for our Online book club where we will be discussing the book “ITIL Practitioner Guidance”

Aside from the past posts consider these additional questions before tomorrow discussion....

  • Is this book just relevant for IT services, or can parts or all of it apply to other types of service?
  • Are the guiding principles all equally important, or are some of them more important than others? How does this change with context?
  • What additional guiding principles would you add based on your own experience?
  • What metrics and measurements do you use? How are you measured? What behavior do these measurements cause?

When: Thursday, July 26, 2018 3:00 PM-4:00 PM. (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
